<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an area design device and an area design method, capable of performing area design after quantitatively obtaining that at which position within an area and with how much planar spread radio wave quality is improved or deteriorated by the area design. <P>SOLUTION: The area design device 1 includes: an improvement region extracting part 11 for obtaining radio wave quality distributions before and after the area design, and extracting the region where the radio wave quality is improved by the area design; a deterioration region extracting part 12 for obtaining the radio wave quality distributions before and after the area design, and extracting the region where the radio wave quality is deteriorated by the area design; and a control part 13 for controlling the improvement region extracting part 11 and the deterioration region extracting part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
