<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit light at a variety of brightness and of a variety of colors including a complete white light by means of a light emitting diode that emits a plurality of different colors. <P>SOLUTION: A transistor Q1 and a Zener diode ZD1 generate a constant voltage, and a current setting part 13 keeps constant a current I1 flowing in a resistance R1 by the resistance R1 connected in parallel with the transistor Q1 and the Zener diode ZD1 that generate the constant voltage. A current setting part 12 sets current I2, I3 and I4 driving a plurality of light emitting diodes LED1 to LED 3 respectively by splitting flow of the current I1. An actuation stopping part 11 stops the driving or light emitting of diodes LED1 to LED3.
