PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soft high-grade fibers capable of affording excellent hollow fibers capable of maintaining a high percentage of hollowness and hollow shapes even with physical pressure during false twisting and knitting or weaving by post-eluting the core part of sheath-core conjugated yarns, having good process stability such as yarn manufacturing properties and removal of core components, and excellent lightweight properties, and heat insulating properties without causing dyeing specks and whitening by fretting when formed into a fabric, and useful for sports uses etc. SOLUTION: The concentric sheath-core type conjugated fibers comprise a polytrimethylene terephthalate as a sheath component 2, and a polylactic acid as a core component 3. The sheath part and the core part are concentrically arranged. In the concentric sheath-core type conjugated fibers, a part 4 of the core component is exposed from an opening 5 of the sheath component on the fiber surface in the fiber cross section, and the degree of modified cross section satisfies following formula: 5≤a/b≤3.0, wherein (a) represents the diameter (μm) of the inscribed circle of the core component in the fiber cross section; and b represents the width (μm) of the opening of the sheath component in the fiber cross section.
