PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board case enabling a case main body that houses a board to be easily opened/sealed and a game machine provided with the board case. SOLUTION: A control device 10 is provided with four receptors 80a, 80b, 80c and 80d on an end of the case main body 11 constituting the board case C. The main body 11 can be sealed with an engagement piece fit in the receptor 80a to engage with it. The main body 11 can be opened by a cut of an object having a connecting structure among the receptors 80a, 80b, 80c and 80d. The receptors 80a, 80b and 80c that are cut for opening of the main body 11 can be reused as a member for being fit in and engaging with the receptors 80b, 80c and 80d remaining in the main body 11 when the main body 11 is subsequently sealed.
