PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter for satellite broadcast reception in which, during inner pressure variation caused by the ambient temperature or the ambient atmospheric pressure, a thin portion of a top face of a horn cap is prevented from being expanded or recessed. SOLUTION: A feed horn 2 with a horn cap 9 fixed on its distal end portion is connected to a body of a converter via a waveguide. In the body, a circuit board 6 is fixed while being held between frames inside a chassis 4 to which the waveguide 3 is connected, and a metallic rear lid 11 which elongates and contracts while following inner pressure variation, is fixed in an opening of the chassis 4 and air-tightly held.
