PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient business guide for residents who are close to one's own store, and the like. SOLUTION: Rather than having a line connected to all telephone numbers stored in a telephone number storage part 2, the line is connected only to telephone sets of transferred customers to other stores via a selective line connecting part 21 for transmitting a voice message. As a means for this purpose, an auto call device is provided with: a means 11 for displaying existing points of the dwellers near the store on an electronic map by color points, while linking them with telephone numbers of each resident close to the store; a means 14 for recording the existing points, while linking the telephone numbers of customers with utilization dates; a means 16 for calculating the utilization frequencies in a specified period by each customer; a means 17 for automatically grouping the residents close to the store into three of fixed-customers of own store, the transferred customers to other stores, and customers without visiting records; and a means 18 for setting the color points to three kinds of color display.
