PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device improved in latch characteristics by latch operation of a group of signals with identical timing between signals for every latch control signal. SOLUTION: The storage device performs latch control of a series of groups of signals in accordance with a latch control signal. A latch control terminal to which a latch control signal is input, and a plurality of signal terminals to which the series of groups of signals, are input respectively are disposed. The plurality of latch circuits are provided for the respective plurality of signal terminals. Disposed positions of the plurality of latch circuits are those where a distance from the respective plurality of signals terminals and a distance from the latch control terminal do not exceed a prescribed distance. A delay time of a signal propagating a corresponding latch circuit from individual signal terminals become equal to a delay time of signals propagating individual latch circuits from the latch control terminal to which a latch control signal for performing the latch control is input.
