An earthquake-proof shelf platform is provided, which prevents a bracket from easily coming off from the vertical beam by the external shock. An earthquake-proof shelf platform comprises: a vertical beam(100) in which the second connecting rod for screwing by a bolt is formed on the both front and rear wing; a vertical plate in which the fixture piece is protruded to fix a horizontal plate and the upper side of the shelf in order to put on the shelf; a bracket(200) in which the third connecting rod coinciding with a second connecting rod is formed on the fixing plate; and a cover(300) for covering the both side front wing of the vertical beam.
