<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase in capacity by positively performing stirring in a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The mixer 53 stores a mixer element 87 in an element storage part 85 to stir a pumped mixture when passing through the mixer element 87.
