PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely pressure bond a pressure bonding component to both of one side and the other side of a body to be pressure bonded. SOLUTION: A stage 11 and a pressure bonding head 12 are relatively moved so as to be adjacent to each other in the state where a body 14 to be pressure bonded having the pressure bonding component 13 is mounted on the stage 11, and the pressure bonding component 13 is pressure bonded to the body 14. The pressure bonding head 12 depresses at least one of the body 14 and the pressure bonding component 13, and has a first depressing layer 16 composed of an elastic body.
