PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat-panel display device 100 and its manufacturing method for easily performing a repair (tandem repair) in a system wherein pixel electrodes adjacent to each other in a signal line direction are conducted irrespective of the position of a pixel dot defect and for preventing deviation of an auxiliary capacitance ratio in the repair position while minimizing the reduction of a numerical aperture of the pixel. SOLUTION: A conductive layer float pattern 12A, an auxiliary capacitance line extending part 22A superposed thereon and a pattern 32A for repair connection corresponding to the notch thereof are provided in each of every other regions even when viewed from the signal line direction and a scanning line direction in an intermediate regions between pixel electrodes 6 in the signal line 31 direction. Upon tandem repair, Upon the tandem repair, the pattern 32A for repair connection is irradiated with a laser beam to form a conduction part 82 reaching the conductive layer float pattern 12A, so that the pattern 32A for repair connection is directly covered with a bridge wiring 81 between the pixel electrodes 6 by the laser CVD.
