PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-cast article and a die-cast article production method in which a working process performed for removing burrs projecting from the edge face of a boss part is eliminated. SOLUTION: The die-cast article has a boss part molded by performing secondary pressurization using a pressure pin 6 sliding inside a bush 5. The bush 5 used upon the molding of the boss part has an external diameter smaller than the maximum diameter of a bolt hole worked at the boss part of the die-cast article, and burrs projecting from the edge face of the boss part are removed simultaneously with working of forming the bolt hole.
