PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To naturally mitigate the stiffness, pain and the like of muscles by user's lying down, rolling thereon and the like and solve a future problem wherein the increase in the elderly makes it insufficient to mitigate the pain by massaging and the like in a present situation where the shoulder stiffness, and stiffness and pain of the muscles are mitigated by expert acupressure therapists, electric vibrations and mechanical massages. SOLUTION: A lying mat with balls is formed by laying a smooth vinyl sheet on an elastic fabric such as a towel blanket or a curtain fabric, aligning the balls thereon longitudinally, laterally or in some cases obliquely, covering a similar vinyl sheet thereon and sewing them together.
