PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intranasal dosage device capable of preventing the closure of a ventilation path from a pressurization pump by the deposition of a medicine leaking out from a capsule without the need of frequent cleaning, simplifying a dosage preparation operation and stably administering the appropriate amount of the medicine at all times. SOLUTION: The capsule K enclosing the medicine 7 can be loaded inside a capsule holder 8 of the intranasal dosage device S. When a cap 1 with a jetting nozzle 2 to be inserted to a nasal cavity attached to its distal end is connected to the capsule holder 8, a puncture needle (puncture member) 4 provided inside the cap 1 punctures the capsule K and an air supply/discharge hole H1 is opened. By forming the puncture needle 4 in a tubular shape and forming the diameter of the distal end tube part 4a larger than the diameter of a shaft tube 4b, the hole H1 is opened on the capsule K, and a gap Z is formed between the side edge of the opened air supply/discharge hole H1 and the outer side face of the shaft tube part 4b of the puncture needle 4.
