<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for appropriately monitoring communication data transmitted and received by a specified terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A communication control device has: a first database 50 for storing the identifier of a terminal that should monitor communication; a retrieval circuit 30 for fetching the communication data that are passing through a network and are not addressed to an own device and retrieving the identifier of the terminal of a transmission source or destination included in the acquired communication data from the first database 50; and a processing execution circuit 40 for replicating the communication data for output when the identifier of a terminal of the transmission source or destination of the communication data has been registered in the first database 50.
