<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posh multilayer blow container excellent in gloss of the outer surface layer of a container, and excellent in transparency, impact resistance, flexibility, environmental stress crack resistance and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer blow container formed by a laminated body including a surface layer (X) and an inner layer (Y) is characterized in that the surface layer (X) is made of polyethylene produced by a metallocene catalyst having the following characteristics (i) to (iii), and the inner layer (Y) is made of polyethylene having the following characteristics (iv) to (vi), the ratio (MFR<SB>Y</SB>/MFR<SB>X</SB>) of a melt flow rate of the polyethylene of the surface layer (X) to the melt flow rate of the polyethylene of the inner layer (Y) is 1.0-60, and the ratio of the thickness of the surface (X) to the total of the thickness of the surface layer (X) and the inner layer (Y) is 3.0-50%. (i): the melt flow rate (temperature 190°C, load 2.16 kg) is 1.0-15 g/10 min. (ii): density is 0.870-0.925 g/cm<SP>3</SP>. (iii): ratio (Mw/Mn) of a weight average molecular weight and a number average molecular weight measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is 0.1-5.0 g/10 min. (iv): melt flow rate (temperature 190°C, load 2.16 kg) is 0.1-5.0 g/10 min. (v): density: 0.935-0.967 g/cm<SP>3</SP>. (vi): Mw/Mn measured by GPC is 5.0-28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
