<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle equipped with a handle and a braking device suited to rotatable steering wheels. <P>SOLUTION: The bicycle 2 is equipped with a main frame 4, an operating unit 10, and a braking device 14. The operating unit 10 is equipped with the handle 20, and an operating shaft 22. The handle 20 is supported by the main frame 4 so that the operating shaft 22 is rotatable around a rotating shaft. The handle 20 is circular centering an axis line of the operating shaft 22. The braking device 14 is equipped with a brake lever 50 and a brake stay 48. The body of the brake lever 50 is supported to be rotatable by the brake stay 48. A grip 64 extending from the brake lever body is in a circular arc shape along a circular shape of the handle 20. The brake stay 48 is fixed on the operating shaft 22. The grip 64 is biased away from the handle 20.
