PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter base (cutting board), from which grinding chips generated in grinding of a cutter tool (kitchen knife) can be easily removed, and by which grinding operation of the cutter tool can be freely carried out. SOLUTION: The cutter base (cutting board) includes at least one sharpener 5 in a cutter tool (kitchen knife).
