PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-house conveyance vehicle enabling easy and inexpensive article conveyance and physical distribution in a company. SOLUTION: The in-house conveyance vehicle 1 is provided with a lift device 9 including a load carrier 11 having a forked cargo handling means 14 and enabling vertical motion and a connection device 20 for conveying a trailer. The cargo handling means 14 has at least one load 14b supported so as to be substantially turnable around a horizontal turning shaft 15, and the connection device 20 is arranged in a region of the lift device 9.
