PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently retrieve desired information from a large volume of positional information acquired with a prescribed distance. SOLUTION: A positional information recorder 100 records the positional information acquired with the prescribed distance. The positional information recorder 100 is provided with a positional information recording part 104 for recording the positional information and time information at the time point when the positional information is acquired, while correlated each other, a peripheral information acquiring part 106 for acquiring information in the periphery of the positional information recorder at the time point when the positional information is acquired, a detecting part 108 for detecting that specified peripheral information is acquired by the peripheral information acquiring part, and a detection time recording part 110 for recording the time when peripheral information is acquired by the detecting part.
