<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform secondary radiation of radio waves, with a scatterer, also in directions other than a reflection angle direction in regular reflection. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless communication system includes a scatterer configured to radiate radio waves, which have been transmitted by primary radiation from a transmission side apparatus, by secondary radiation by reflection, refraction or transmission.
