<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a latest CM (commercial message) into a CM part contained in a television program, when replaying the television program stored in a hard disk, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A recording and replay apparatus has a recording part capable of recording the television program, including CM; a replay part; a CM acquisition part for acquiring a CM different from the CM included by a replayed program; and a control unit for controlling the replay part so that the CM contained in the program, when replaying is replaced with the CM acquired by the CM acquisition part and replayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
