<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for transacting real estate using real estate securitization, allowing reduction of burdens on both a real occupancy right holder and an investor by separating securities for possession and securities for investment when securitizing one real estate and selling the plurally divided securities. <P>SOLUTION: Real estate fluidization specialty company having purchased the real estate separates a right of the real estate into a real occupancy right and investment securities. The investment securities are made to be transacted like general securities through the real estate securities exchange, and dividend rights of different ratios are set for the real residence right and the investment securities. Thereby, a purchaser aiming at real occupancy can really live at only a part of the real estate price, and a person desiring the investment can perform the real estate investment by an amount corresponding to a purchased proprietary for an actual real estate to be invested for by oneself. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
