PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate composition containing a polyisocyanate compound being sufficient in compatibility with a low polar organic solvent having lower polarity even at a low temperature and capable of giving extensibility to a coating film even at a low temperature, a curing agent containing the polyisocyanate composition, and a two-liquid type polyurethane composition containing a main agent containing a polyol and capable of forming a coating film having excellent extensibility even at low temperatures. SOLUTION: The polyisocyanate composition containing (A) at least one diisocyanate, (B) a mono-alcohol, and (C) the polyisocyanate compound having a number average molecular weight of 3,500 to 20,000, obtained from at least one elastic component polyol selected from (a) a polyether polyol, (b) a polyester polyol, and (c) a polyolefin based polyol, not substantially containing an isocyanurate group, and containing an allophanate group, the curing agent containing the polyisocyanate composition, and the two-liquid type polyurethane composition containing a main agent containing polyol having a hydroxyl group value of 5 to 200 mgKOH/g are provided.
