<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control device for avoiding the useless consumption of unnecessary paper and print members in printing caused by a setting error or the like of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: The print control device 22 includes a print condition setting part 30 setting print conditions to an output file; a print data output processing part 31 generating a print file based on the print conditions and outputting the print file to an image forming apparatus 4; and a print start processing part 32 starting the print data output processing part 31.
