BRAZED AND SOLDERED SINTERED COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a rejection rate when manufacturing sintered components by brazing the sintered components constituted by brazing a first molding and a second molding having a boss part to each other without causing any trouble on quality. SOLUTION: A projecting part 7 surrounding a joining surface 6 is formed on a first molding 1 having a boss part 4, and a second molding 10 is positioned and flowing of excessive brazing filler metal overflowing from the joining surface onto the surface of the component is prevented by the projecting part 7. The joining surface 6 is made flush with the end face 9 of a boss part installation area to suppress a density difference in each part of the first molding 1 causing crack in the root of the boss part 4.
