The arrangement has a control pedal (1) actuating an actuation device e.g. clutch disengaging system. A vibration damping device (7) is directly provided at a location of a transition between a lever section (3) of the control pedal and the actuation device. The damping device is provided between a piston rod (5) of a master cylinder of the actuation device and the lever section of the control pedal. The damping device is in a shape of a damping ring, which is made of a rubber material or plastic material and arranged at a connecting pin.
