The device has contact surfaces aerated during sitting or lying. An aerated region of the contact surfaces is formed in form of bristle bundle (3) by a spacer, where arrangement of the bristle bundle is selected such that air resistance is very low transverse to the bristle bundle. The bristle bundle is incorporated into molded parts (5), where density of the bristle arrangement is selected such that bristles leave no pressure points during usage. The molded parts are attached on a flexible carrier material (4).
