A rescue life belt is provided to rescue and move victim rapidly because the buoyant main body which is spread with the air supplied from the outside is included. A rescue life belt comprises a buoyant main body(110) which is spread with the air supplied from the outside, an air supply unit(120) which supplies the air to the inside of the main body, and a housing(130) which is integrated in the main body and houses the air supply unit. The main body is mat-shaped and comprises an air inlet port(111) wherein the air is supplied from the air supply unit, an air outlet port(112) which discharges the inside air of the main body, and a lid(112a) which covers the air outlet port.
