A 1H-indole-1-yl-urea compound is provided to act as a tyrosine hydroxylase inducer and treat memory disorder and Parkinson disease. A compound of the chemical formula (I), its antipode or diastereoisomer, or pharmaceutically allowable additive with acid or base is provided. A compound of the chemical formula (I) is a N-(1H-indole-1-yl)-N'-(3-pyridyl)urea or N-(2,3-dihydro-1H-indole-1-yl)-N'-(3-pyridyl)urea. A pharmaceutical composition comprises the compound of the chemical formula (I), inactivated non-toxic pharmaceutically allowable excipient or carrier. The pharmaceutical composition is used in a form of tablet, capsule, suppository, oral administration formulation, or parenteral administration.
