An apparatus and a method for presuming pattern age for each subscriber in wired/wireless convergence network based on IP multimedia subsystem are provided to estimate the age of the real user by determining whether the age of the real user is identical to the age of the subscription holder. A variable extracting unit(411) extracts the variable for classifying the usage pattern of the actual user of the mobile terminal. A call pattern analyzer(412) builds data mining model using the extracted variable as described above. The call pattern analyzer analyzes the telephone call pattern of the actual user through the application of the constructed data mining model as described above. An age estimator(413) estimates the age of subscriber based on the analyzed telephone call pattern as described above.
