A powder type livestock excretions fermenting agent and a preparation method thereof are provided, wherein the powder type livestock excretions fermenting agent reduces livestock wastewater remarkably, suppresses the generation of harmful gases to prevent diseases, and immediately composts decomposed excretions. A preparation method of a powder type livestock excretions decomposing agent fermented with microorganisms comprises the processes of: mixing 60 to 80% by weight of natural sawdust with 20 to 40% by weight of rice bran, adding 5 to 10% by weight of molasses to the mixture based on the total weight, agitating the materials to prepare a composition; diluting beneficial microorganisms to an average population of 5x10^9 CFU/ml, injecting 5 to 10% by weight of the diluted beneficial microorganisms into the composition based on the total weight, and mixing diluted beneficial microorganisms with the composition to maintain a water content of 40 to 50%; and fermenting the microorganism-injected composition at 25 to 30 deg.C for 8 to 12 hours, and aging the fermented material at a water content of 35 to 40% for 50 to 80 hours to maintain a final water content to not more than 30%. |
