A gabion panel construction structure for reinforcing and vegetating the slope of a river, and a clamp device for coupling a protection bar are provided to make effective construction possible by fixing a wire rope to a gabion panel easily using a suitable clamp. In a gabion panel construction structure for reinforcing and vegetating the slope of a river, plural gabion panels(100) including plural horizontal bars and plural vertical bars are coupled to be adjacent to each other, a portion of the gabion panels are buried under the ground and fixed to the surface, plural rubble and soil layers(101) are formed among the plural gabion panels fixed to the surface and covered with a green sheet(102), the green sheet is covered with a protection net(103) to be protected, and plural wire ropes(104) are coupled to the horizontal bars of the gabion panel by rope clamps at the top of the protection net. |
