Method for providing a service for a user

The method involves receiving request of a user (U) for access to service (SE) in an access control unit (AC) over a communication connection i.e. Internet. Voice communication is produced between the user and a voice processing unit over another communication connection. Voice of the user is detected using a speech sensor over the latter communication unit. A criterion is fulfilled when the user is associated to a preset user group based on voice based classification process i.e. age-gender-verification process. The access to the service is enabled when the criterion is fulfilled. An independent claim is also included for a device for providing service for a user.
