A liquid fire extinguishing tank apparatus is provided, which rapidly can put out the fire since the liquid fire extinguishing agent sealed in the fire extinguishing tank falls into the engine room. A liquid fire extinguishing tank apparatus is installed by performing: a step of setting up in the inner side bottom part surface of the cowl top cover of the engine room fire extinguishing tank(10); a step of forming a plurality of films on the surface layer comprising the bottom part of the tank; a step of forming the groove fixed in the edge portion of film; a step that a groove is made of the polyester synthetic resin; and a step of placing the fire wick(20) over the synthetic resin.
