COMBINED VACCINE AGAINST Porcine Parvovirus and Erysipelothrixrhusiopathiae

A complex vaccine which prevents porcine parvovirus and Erysipelothrixrhusiopathiae at the same time is provided to have immunogenicity and stabilize vaccination without immunological interference. A complex vaccine preventing porcine parvovirus and erysipelothrixrhusiopathiae comprises erysipelothrixrhusiopathiae inactivated bacteria antigen, erysipelothrixrhusiopathiae secretion antigen and porcine parvovirus antigen as an immunologically active ingredient. An aluminium hydroxide gel is mixed in the complex vaccine to have 20 volume%. The porcine pavovirus antigen is obtained by infecting a recombinant Baculovirus ] VP2-BV strain into a Sf-9 cell. The erysipelothrixrhusiopathiae inactivated bacteria antigen is obtained by culturing inactivated erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae T2 strain in the medium and inactivating with 0.2% of formalin. The erysipelothrixrhusiopathiae secretion antigen is obtained by centrifuging erysipelothrixrhusiopathiae bacteria bulk, collecting supernatant and filtering with cassette filter.
