PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an information communication system capable of suitably providing information under the consideration of a fellow passenger. SOLUTION: The video or voice of each fellow passenger is registered in a fellow passenger list 174, and the classification of information whose provision is permitted is registered in an information limit list 176 for each fellow passenger. The detection results of a microphone 152 and a CCD camera 154 are compared with a fellow passenger list 174 to specify the fellow passenger. The provision request of the information whose provision is permitted is issued to an information providing center based on the information limit list 176 corresponding to the specified fellow passenger, so that the pertinent information can be provided.
