<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen a supporting part of a chassis which supports an object to be supported without deterioration in strength as a frame, enlargement of an attachment, deterioration in operability of the lighting apparatus, nor a rise in cost due to a decline in the efficiency of material utilization, an increase in the number of assembling processes, an increase in the number of components, and a decrease in yield. <P>SOLUTION: The chassis 1 is formed by press working processes including a bending process and a cutout process of a metal plate as a material. Three side faces 12 to 14 are arranged in one direction in the unfolded chassis 1. After the press working processes, strips 11a and 11b are elongated upward from respective upper edges of side faces 12 and 14 facing each other. Supporting holes 4a and 4b are formed in the elongated strips 11a and 11b, respectively. When the chassis 1 is bent perpendicularly at bending lines, the elongated strips 11a and 11b are overlapped to form a top face 11 and the supporting holes 4a and 4b are layered in a concentric circle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
