<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing a mesenchymal stem cell, by which the mesenchymal stem cell can well be cultured even in a serum-free culture medium, to provide the mesenchymal stem cell cultured by the culturing method, and to provide a cultured tissue using the mesenchymal stem cell. <P>SOLUTION: The method for culturing the mesenchymal stem cell is characterized by using a culture solution containing at least a basic-fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
