A fastening structure of a holder enables stable installation of a holder on the rough surface like the dashboard of a vehicle because the absorption member like an industrial gel is set up on the floor of the adsorption plate. A fastening structure of a holder comprises a housing(100), an adsorption plate(110), a shaft(120), an operation lever(130), an absorption member(112). The housing supports an eccentric cam(132). The adsorption plate is attached to an object inside the housing. The shaft is installed in the center of the adsorption plate and protrudes upward. The operation lever is hinge-coupled in the shaft and is permitted to turn.
