The epoxy resin may be applied in aqueous solution, which may include dispersed isobutylene-isoprene copolymer rubber. The epoxy resin may be a condensation product of epichlorhydrin with glycerol or with bisphenol. U.S.A. Specifications 2,669,119, 2,698,315 and 2,839,495 are referred to.
