An alarm control method of a digital television is provided to offer an alarm to the auditorily handicapped through screen flickering by repetitively executing the screen mute at a set alarm time. A microcomputer checks the current time(S10) to determine whether the current time reaches a preset alarm time(S20). If the current time reaches the alarm time, the microcomputer repetitively performs the image output and image mute at the set time(S30). |
