An automatic stopper of a car deck for an automobile carrier is provided to improve speed and efficiency of task because the housing jaw of a fastening method is formed inside a vertical support. An automatic stopper of a car deck for an automobile carrier comprises a rack gear(12) which is formed on a movable DEC(10) and moves in the linear direction with the hydraulic operation power from the hydraulic elevating unit, a pinion(16) which is installed by a fixing bracket(14) and is permitted to rotate and is mashed with the rack gear, a winch drum(18) which is axially coupled with the pinion, a lead wire(20) which is maintained tensioned, whereof one end is anchored in a winch drum, and a stopping unit which is elastically supported so that appearing and disappearing are possible due to the traction of the lead wire.
