An articulating apparatus, a standing device and a display device for installing a main body to the other product by a fastening device are provided to increase the operation maintenance of the standing device by mounting the installed article. A mounting bracket(2) is fixed to a rear side of a display body. A holder(4) is supported in an installation member. A link member is connected to holder and mounting bracket. A pressurizing member is installed at the link member. The pressure member pressurizes the whole rotational motion which is partial or of the link member.
