A wheel mounting for a wheeled toy comprises a length of wire &c. bent into two arms 17, 18 and a yoke 20 and secured to the toy so as to form, with the chassis, a closed loop on one arm of which a wheel 14 is mounted. Two such loops 15, 16 formed in one piece of wire may be used to mount two wheels on one side of the toy, as in Fig. 1, or one on each side as in Fig. 4. A plate 13, fastened to the toy by lugs 10a, may have rolled ends to engage the arms 17 of each loop and rolled sides 23 to engage the connecting pieces between the loops. |
