A television control method having location search function of a remote controller capable of confirming the location of the remote controller is provided to search the location of the remote controller by confirming the location of the remote controller. Movement signal is inputted from a remote controller outputting the motion signal according to the movement of the remote controller(S10). It determines whether the movement signal of the remote controller is continuously inputted(S12). When the movement signal is continuously inputted, the incoming direction of the inputted movement signal(S14, S16). It determines whether a location display command is inputted. In case the place marker command is input, the stored incidence direction is processed as an OSD(On Screen Display). |
