A device for supplementing heat dissipation of a machine room of a refrigerator includes a sensor(200), a driver and a movement controller. The sensor senses a distance between the wall and the refrigerator. The driver includes a motor(300) and a wheel(400) for moving the refrigerator body according to a control signal. The movement controller outputs the control signal to the driver according to a distance sensing signal sensed by the sensor to maintain the distance between the wall and the refrigerator uniform.
