An atomizer has an integral compressible member 27, jacket 28, and mist discharge conduit 26. Alignment of a jacket 28 over a jet nozzle 15 is ameliorated in comparison to an earlier design in which the jacket 28 was a separate component. The atomizer further includes a fluid-introducing gap 29 through which fluid is drawn by negative pressure into the path of the jet nozzle 15. Fluid and air are mixed in chamber 14 and then projected through mist discharge conduit 26. |
