A system and a method for implementing a personal information-based service, and a device for the same are provided to give a user a relived feeling that personal information of the user is unnecessarily used in the network. A user terminal(100) stores and extracts personal information to request the personal information-based service. The user terminal transmits terminal provision information including the personal information. A service managing server(200) extracts additional information needed for providing the corresponding personal information-based service from server manage information based on the terminal provision information. The service managing server forms a personal information-based service page by combining the terminal provision information and the additional information, and provides the page to the user terminal.
