A mold for concrete is provided to structurally secure the stability and to manufacture a concrete structure having many sides and a ceiling unit. A mold for concrete is composed of an inner bottom supporter(111) and an outer bottom supporter(112) fixed to the ground, a pair of holders(113) placed on the top of the bottom supporters to support the lower part of the mold horizontally, a form panel(120) arranged to be adjacent on the top of each holder, a vertical supporter(130) supporting the mold panel and the connecting outer side of the mold panel, an adhesion member(140) which is located within the mold panel in order to face the vertical support, a first fastener for closely adhering the adhesion member and the vertical support to the mold panel, a horizontal supporter(150) supporting the outer side of the vertical supports, and a space retainer(160) which regularly maintains the horizontal support of the inner bottom supporter and the horizontal support of the outer bottom supporter.
